An exciting milestone for phpurs, which is now ~ 2x faster (125ms → 72ms), and has (almost) reached the ~70-ms flag (Arista). I didn’t expect PHP to reach this level: its modern JIT has clearly improved and pushed the boundaries of what’s possible: the optimized compiler allows it to go further than one might think.
