Adding purescript-web bindings for more events

I noticed that purescript-web doesn’t have bindings for these events yet:

• TransitionEvent: https://www.w3.org/TR/2026/WD-css-transitions-1-20260108/#interface-transitionevent

Also, purescript-web-pointerevents is missing the pointerrawupdate and contextmenu event types.

If there are no objections, I’ll start working on all this!
