Home page default layout

I changed the home page’s default layout to “Latest” from “Categories”. It’s been bothering me for a while that it’s so hard to see what’s new here when Categories was the default layout. Additionally, with the volume of posts here I think Latest better suits this forum.

Of course, let us know about any ideas you all have for site improvement!
