Merging Documentation

Picking-up from this thread:


Should we merge some of the guides in the docs repo with the book? A lot of the content is duplicated (sometimes verbatim), and I think it will be easier to keep things up to date with only one official version out there.

The sections here and here.

At least the docs and book repos share the same license:

Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License

I’m hoping that a combination of reaching-out to the original authors, putting attribution in the commits, and/or writing derivative content would satisfy the attribution requirements of the license. Having copyrights scattered throughout the text would not be ideal.
