Update re purescript-graphql-client and purescript-ps-cst

re purescript-graphql-client:

  1. mutations are finished
  2. subscriptions are not yet, because there are many transport impleentations (there is an issue for that)
  3. the generated code doesnt give warnings anymore (!!!)

for 3d point I had to implement https://github.com/purescript-codegen/purescript-ps-cst/pull/9
